Even the best of the leaders including HR professionals working for maximizing the shareholder value and the employee welfare takes a back stage. The best organization & the CEO' s are the ones who get the best of the team and team members do the best they can, ignoring their personal well being. Time that the we take cognisance of that and create the necessary balance.
